Shari Miller is a Mom of 3 boys, an exercise scientist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2006. She then moved to Cincinnati to study for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation in 2009 she moved around the country with her husband. Through serving the US Army as a civilian PT she gained extensive knowledge on injury prevention, strength and performance. She utilizes this unique skill set to provide informational and motivational programs online to clients around the world. She enjoys reading research in her downtime to learn the latest and best techniques and exercises for maximal results.
