Being able to have the energy to devote to my family and my career drove me to push through the hard days. Find your why, your purpose and it will fuel you on the days “you just don’t want to.”

I fell in love with fitness and exercise at a young age and pursued know more of the "why" certain exercises, movements and strategies work to heal, recover and strengthen muscles. I am a huge believer in releasing confidence through movement and exercise.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2006 from The University of Toledo. I then went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Mount Saint Joseph in 2009.

Since then I have helped thousands strengthen their bodies, feel good and do the activities they love with people they love.
